About this Speaker
Natasha began her career working as an aerospace engineer launching satellites for the Department of Defense. In 2014, she founded the STEM Department at Communities In Schools of San Antonio and launched Space Club, a STEM program that serves at-risk elementary and middle school youth. Space Club now reached over 2,000 students around the world through hands-on engineering design challenges and weekly career chats with STEM professionals. Natasha is also the co-founder of Vivify STEM, a company dedicated to providing quality STEM resources for educators. Natasha has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. She is currently a doctoral student at Texas A&M University with a focus on engineering education.
